How do I reset my password? Tap "Forgot password?" on the login screen and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link.

How do I delete my account? Go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes all your data. Or email us at [email protected] and we'll delete it for you.

How do I report a user? Open any chat and tap the Report button in the top right corner.

How do I cancel my subscription? Go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → AuPairNest → Cancel.
